Our new home & first Christmas!

Merry Christmas, loved ones!! It's my favorite time of the year, and I have decided to update the blog! :) Larry and I are all moved into our new house! It's an older, cozy 2 bedroom in Marysville with a pear tree and an apple tree in the front yard. Pretty good sized yard with a small old garage at the end of the driveway. Larry and a couple of his boys completely re-did the kitchen floors! They have transformed from nasty puke-yellow 60's lenolium to amazing clean, BEAUTIFUL oak hardwood floors with white trim. :) It turned out WAY better than I had even expected. We painted the whole kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and baby Noah's room, so that it will be ready for him when he enters this world. :) In the past few weeks the house has gone from musty smelling, dirty walls, gross floors, little bit of mold, and lots of potential, to a freshly painted, cleaned, de-humidified, scrubbed down, and renovated home filled with love. I have a ways to go on decorating, but the high ceilings provide huge potential for creative decor. I'm pumped!

We got our Christmas tree! There are some presents underneath and we decorated it with traditional colored lights, ornaments, and candycanes. We are excited for our first Christmas together! :D Here's the tree when we first put it up. . .

Here's a pic of the painting process of our hot pink bathroom with black and zebra theme! :) Thanks for being a trooper Babe. ;) Love you.

New Blessings. New Life ~

Last time I published a new post, I was single, traveling around France, and desperate for a reason to settle myself down. I was visiting my best friend/sister Jess and I was sooo happy to be in Europe again on a new foreign adventure. I sought after the fast life and loved the rush of my youth. I spent one month in France and the Netherlands and it turned my life around. I now sit in my cabin on Camano Is. WA, 7 months after my trip. I have finished my training to be a Certified Nursing Assistant. In the process, I fell in love with an incredible man who has reminded me how to love and be loved. How to grow and love myself. Our relationship has taught us how to better ourselves and have soo much fun along the way! With the love and blessings of God, we have blossomed, and are continuing to blossom, into a wholesome couple, I would say. :) Larry Cowan and I are to be married on September 12, 2010! We are expecting a child as well at the end of January, 2011! I count my blessings for the love God has just placed in my lap. Well... on to the journey! To new life and love unlimited! Cheers!
